Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Learn To Play

All registrations are considered final and are non-refundable unless extenuating circumstances. All refund requests should be sent to Sean Collins, President of RYH and will be approved by the RYH board.

Mite In House League

Players wishing to withdraw from RYH after his or her tuition has been paid in part or full, must do so in writing to the RYH Level Director. Tuition refund requests will be granted on an individual case by case basis, and will be approved by the Board of Directors. Upon receiving this written request, the player’s withdrawal date is established. Tuition refund requests will be considered only upon written request to the RYH Level Director for cases of illness and/or injury that prohibit the player from participating in the sport of ice hockey for the balance of the hockey season. Refunds will not be granted for any reason other than the aforementioned, including, but not limited to, players leaving RYH to join another organization, whether hockey or not; to play for a high school team; and/or due to dissatisfaction and/or problems with coaches, teammates, ice officials, and/or leagues. In all circumstances, proof of exception must be submitted to the RYH BOD together with the request. The amount of refund, if any, will be prorated but in no circumstance will it be more than one-half of the tuition payments made to RYH. The time frame, in which a tuition refund will be issued, if approved, may be subject to availability of program funds. Without exception refunds will not be granted for registration fee's for all Hockey Programs as all are deemed non-refundable.

COED TRAVEL (Mites-Bantam)

Players wishing to withdraw from RYH after his or her tuition has been paid in part or full, must do so in writing to the RYH Level Director. RYH Olympics Tournament

Registration for the RYH Olympic Hockey Tournament is non-refundable.

Bantam Beanpot

Bantam Beanpot registration is non-refundable.

Pee-Wee Cup Tournament

This program is Non-Refundable.

PEEWEE CUP

This program is non-refundable.
